<p><u>Chinese Weight Loss Teas: how do they work?</u> <br />Among the many teas and herbs that the Chinese use for weight loss purposes, two are making their name known across Western civilization: the Pu-Erh and Oolong tea. The Japanese have had vending machines selling Pu-Erh and Oolong tea for many many years.</p>
<p>Here is a summary of the theories on how these weight loss teas works. </p>

<li>The teas act as a metabolic stimulant, helping you to burn more calories and fats by increasing your body functions.</li>
<li>There are only four calories per serving in the tea (when you drink it black with no additives). This is a very good alternative beverage choice for people on diets if they are bored of water.</li>

<p>It seems clear that sexuality serves a higher function in humans, but doctors, scientists, psychologists, priests and artists cannot even begin to agree on what this higher function is and how or if it should be regulated to improve human well-being.</p>
<p>Western scientific texts are curiously contradictory about the healthfulness of sexual intercourse. Many sex manuals today praise the restorative qualities of extensive sexual activity. Others, equally authoritative and based on psychiatric studies, caution against sexual overindulgence. </p>
<p>Which school of thought is correct? When does too much sex become unhealthy?</p>
<p>The solution is of utmost simplicity: joyous and loving sexual intercourse is healthful in the highest degree. Much depends, of course, on the path you are taking through life. </p>
<p>If part of your mind is fixed on sex, you must live out that impulse, study it, and know its source. But sexual activity without love is physically and mentally destructive to any path.</p>
<p>Love will spontaneously transform any couple to a higher level of awareness. It&rsquo;s like climbing a mountain slope with loose rock scree—you take three steps up and slide back down one. This pace may lead to emotional and mental happiness found at the top of the first ridge. But it may deprive you—for the lack of time and energy—from seeing the valleys, mountains, rivers and ocean beyond. This is the fullness of life, the attaining of a lasting experience of yourself.</p>

<p>Start with a few careful pandiculations. Then walk about four minutes, and do the pandiculations for another minute! Walk and do this easy exercise four more times. You can repeat the scheme soever but not more than for four minutes!</p>
<p><strong>Walking!</strong></p>
<p>1. Lift up your chin (look ahead as you drive a car!)</p>
<p>2. Stretch out your neck and draw back your shoulders</p>
<p>3. Throw out your chest</p>
<p>4. Tighten your belt as if you put on very tight jeans</p>
<p>5. Strain your buttocks</p>
<p>6. Walk as if your lap tied together</p>
<p>7. Swing your arms back and forward</p>
<p>8. Smile and walk with confidence</p>
<p><strong>Exercises</strong></p>
<p>These exercises help burn extra calories four times more effective and you need to spend just one minute for every of them.</p>
<p>1. Straining buttocks. Walk straining your buttocks, tightening your belt and throwing out your chest. Doing this you make your muscles work harder and this helps to burn more calories.</p>
<p>2. Footsteps. Step on a bench and back for a minute. Your body works against its weight this way.</p>
<p>3. Jumping. Imagine that you jump over a puddle. This helps burn calories very fast.</p>
<p>4. Running. Running upstairs is probably the best way to burn extra calories.</p>
<p>Doing these simple exercises twenty minutes a day for a month will grant you to lose 5 – 10 kilos.</p>
