Losing Weight Fast
The following exercises are the fast, easy and fun way to lose weight. They activate metabolism, burn extra calories! Do them regularly and take the air helping your body. Twenty minutes a day is enough for a positive result!
Start with a few careful pandiculations. Then walk about four minutes, and do the pandiculations for another minute! Walk and do this easy exercise four more times. You can repeat the scheme soever but not more than for four minutes!
Walking!
1. Lift up your chin (look ahead as you drive a car!)
2. Stretch out your neck and draw back your shoulders
3. Throw out your chest
4. Tighten your belt as if you put on very tight jeans
5. Strain your buttocks
6. Walk as if your lap tied together
7. Swing your arms back and forward
8. Smile and walk with confidence
Exercises
These exercises help burn extra calories four times more effective and you need to spend just one minute for every of them.
1. Straining buttocks. Walk straining your buttocks, tightening your belt and throwing out your chest. Doing this you make your muscles work harder and this helps to burn more calories.
2. Footsteps. Step on a bench and back for a minute. Your body works against its weight this way.
3. Jumping. Imagine that you jump over a puddle. This helps burn calories very fast.
4. Running. Running upstairs is probably the best way to burn extra calories.
Doing these simple exercises twenty minutes a day for a month will grant you to lose 5 – 10 kilos.
